Our transparent onboarding process equips you with marketing, sales, and facilitation training before finalizing the franchise agreement. We prioritize informed partnerships and ensure you represent our brand with excellence. Below is an overview of our six step onboarding process.
This is the initial discussion we have with our prospective franchisee (usually as a brief call) to explore your interest in owning a POTMAC franchise, discuss territory availability, qualifications, and our processes. A member of our team will call you to answer your initial questions and guide you forward.
Having established common ground, your contact facilitator will share the link for you to view our insightful online presentation led by POTMAC’s CEO, where he delves into our franchise value proposition. This engaging presentation includes a link for you to ask and get answers to all your burning questions.
Here things are beginning to get serious. When we establish mutual interest, you’ll receive & review the POTMAC Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) to gain full insights into the franchise opportunity we are offering. Your facilitator will still be on hand to guide you through. We also suggest you get legal advice!
We will address any questions about the FDD, the financial investment, and territory. Following this discussion, we’ll schedule calls with current POTMAC Regional coordinators for your area and set a tentative date for your Candidate Training, which is usually done virtually, at an agreed time.
Embark on a two-day in house training at our Sheridan headquarters, (also held virtually for international candidates). You get the opportunity to engage with POTMAC’s management team, some faculty members & support staff for an immersive heavy duty training experience tailored to get you started, successfully.
